SHIPPING POLICY

Garments purchased through FARIDE's website are subject to the shipping conditions chosen by the user and the delivery terms available on our website. The user will freely choose the delivery address. The shipping cost within Colombia is 12,000 COP, and shipping times can range from 1 business day to 5 business days. After payment approval and order dispatch, FARIDE will communicate the order's tracking number to the customer via email. If no one receives the order at the shipping address, a second attempt will be made over the next three days. If, after this attempt, no one receives the order, the user must contact FARIDE at the email faridedesde1965@gmail.com, and the cost of the new shipment is assumed by the customer. If the customer does not request a new shipment within 5 days after the second attempt, the product is declared abandoned, and there will be no compensation. In such a case, FARIDE will not be responsible for unreceived products. It is understood that anyone present at the location specified by the customer for product delivery is authorized to receive the order, relieving FARIDE of any claims arising from delivery at the customer's specified location.

EXCHANGE POLICY

The process to request an exchange is as follows: Send an email within 3 business days after receiving the product to faridedesde1965@gmail.com with the reason for the exchange and specify whether a size or product change is required. The email must include Name, ID, order number, product reference for the exchange, and the reason for the change. Any exchange is subject to FARIDE's inventory availability. If the item is not available, the customer must choose another product of equal or greater value and pay the price difference. After FARIDE reviews the email, the customer will receive an email with the shipping address. The customer has 3 days after receiving the email to send the product to the address indicated by FARIDE. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including all packaging and labels. Once the product is received, the provider conducts quality control, which takes approximately 3 business days. When the product's condition is determined, and the exchange is authorized, we will proceed with the exchange.

WRONG PRODUCTS

If the customer receives a product with different characteristics than described on the purchase page, the procedure for requesting a product exchange is as follows: Within 2 days of receiving the product, the customer must take photos showing the wrong product and send them to the email faridedesde1965@gmail.com with the order number. Once it is confirmed that the product arrived incorrectly, a collection guide will be sent to the customer, and FARIDE will arrange to pick up the product at the same location where it was delivered. Once the wrong product is collected, the correct product will be sent. We do not provide a refund. A voucher will be issued, valid for 6 months from the date of the exchange validation.

CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation of a purchase is only made if the provider is unable to ship the product to the customer due to lack of inventory or other force majeure reasons. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a refund will be processed. Refund times vary depending on the payment method used.

The customer can choose between the following refund methods:

  1. Voucher: Vouchers are valid for one year and must be used in a single purchase. The refund delivery time is 2 business days.

  2. Bank Deposit: The account holder must be the same as the one who made the purchase on www.faride.com.co. The refund will be made within 3 business days.

To cancel an order for any reason, the customer must write an email to faridedesde1965@gmail.com with the order number they wish to cancel. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped by the provider, or in the case of payment gateway PayU, the customer assumes the commission costs generated.
