  1. Exchanges

For international shipments, we do not offer exchanges for other items. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return and receive a refund.

  1. Returns for the United States
  • Customers in the United States have 15 days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return.
  • The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
  1. Return Process

To request a return:

    • Reason for the return.
